CUSTOMER PERSONAL DATA EXPLICIT CONSENT DECLARATION

The Customer Personal Data Processing Privacy Notice provided by Asm Dekorasyon Mobilya Granit Mermer İnşaat Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (ASM, the Company), which sells electricity through charging units under the Öniz Şarj brand, has explained to me in a detailed and comprehensible manner the categories of personal data to be processed, the personal data to be processed, the purposes of processing, the recipients to whom data may be transferred, the methods and legal grounds of collection, the identity of the data controller and the rights I hold; and I have read that privacy notice.

Excluding the exceptions set out in Article 5/2 (c), (ç), (d), (e) and (f) of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 — namely "fulfilment of the data controller’s legal obligation; the legitimate interest of the data controller; processing being necessary in direct connection with the conclusion or performance of a contract and relating to the personal data of the parties to that contract; the data having been made public by the data subject; and processing being mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right";

I freely consent, being fully aware of all meaning and consequences, to the processing of my personal data not falling under those exceptions — namely my name, surname and telephone number — limited to the purposes of carrying out the marketing of products/services, advertising/campaign/promotion processes, customer-satisfaction activities, customer-relationship management processes and after-sales support services; and to the transfer of such data, within the framework of those purposes, to the data controller’s shareholders and partners, to private-law legal entities and to suppliers.

COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGES

I consent to the use of my telephone, e-mail and mobile-application address that I have shared with the Company in order for commercial electronic messages — particularly the promotion of new products and campaigns — to be sent to me by means such as telephone, call centres, fax, automatic dialling machines, smart voice recorders, electronic mail and short message service; to being contacted through these communication tools; and, in this context, to the information I have shared being stored and used by the Company and to the content of the commercial electronic message and other related records being recorded and retained so as to be submitted to the Ministry of Customs and Trade when required.

Should you wish to withdraw your explicit consent under the KVKK, change your information, or request the destruction of your document, you may submit your request in person, by post or via notary to our Company’s address at Yeni Bağlıca Mah. 2243 Sok.
