a) Where our Company procures services externally, your personal data may be transferred to those service providers.

b) In particular, external services are obtained for the establishment, operation, revision and auditing of the infrastructure relating to the sale of electricity at charging points. A confidentiality agreement exists between us and the relevant company, containing the provisions necessary to protect your data under the KVKK.

c) Your financial records will be stored by the payment-instrument platforms you prefer and used as payment means, and will not be retained by our Company.

3. Authorized public institutions and organizations

Your data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations upon their request.

E. Method and Legal Grounds of Collecting Personal Data

Method of Collection

1. Electronic: Your personal data is held on servers as you enter it on our website and mobile applications. In the event of payment, the credit card details you enter are held on the payment platform if you give your consent.

2. Photo and Video Footage: For the effective conduct of security and after-sales customer services, camera recordings are made and photographs of your vehicle are taken in the areas where you make a purchase, and are retained for use in the event of a dispute.
