How your data and payment details are protected.

1. Purpose
This policy explains how Asm Dekorasyon Mobilya Granit Mermer İnşaat Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi, operating the electric vehicle charging network under the önizşarj brand, protects the data of visitors to its website and users of its mobile application.
2. Data We Collect
- Membership data: name, e-mail address, telephone number.
- Service data: charging session records — station, time, energy consumed, amount.
- Payment data: collection records for charging sessions. Your card details are held on the payment platform upon your consent.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, cookie records.
3. Payment Security
Card registration is carried out with 3D Secure verification. Your card details are held on the payment platform upon your consent; session collections are made over that record.
Payment infrastructure provider: Payten. Paratika is used as the secondary (backup) infrastructure.
4. Technical Measures
- All traffic on the website and the mobile application API is carried over TLS 1.2 and above; older protocols are disabled.
- HSTS is enforced on the website, so connections cannot fall back to plain HTTP.
- A Content Security Policy restricts which resources the page may load.
- Form endpoints are protected by rate limiting against automated abuse.
- Access to systems is restricted by authorisation and access records are kept.
5. Sharing
Your data is shared only with the payment institution, the charging platform operator and the authorised public bodies, to the extent necessary to perform the service and to fulfil legal obligations. It is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Retention
Data is retained for the periods stipulated by legislation and for as long as the purpose of processing requires, and is then deleted or anonymised.
